Sexual Assault Referral Centres

A Sexual Assault Referral Centre is a safe-haven where victims of sexual violence can receive medical support, long-term counselling, and legal aid under one roof.

The centre allows victims to receive the medical care they need, whilst our specially trained police officers gain information to support an investigation into the incident.

The different partners at the centre work together to offer a premium service to victims, as a way to support them and ease the devastation caused by the violation they have suffered.

If you are a victim of sexual violence but have not yet reported it to the police, you can still refer yourself to one of the centres by dialling 01685 350099.
