Zoe Peters, 36, of Rhydyfelin, Pontypridd has been charged with attempted murder and conspiracy to wound another.
She will appear at Cardiff Magistrates' Court this morning, Tuesday, October 28.
Detective Inspector Rebecca Merchant said:
